All Done!!!

Only 30 days to go...

I'm done - sorry for not posting sooner. I've been busy making sure I keep the weight off. ;)

In the end I've lost 8lbs, and 12 inches...so I basically went down a size or so in my clothes which was great because I had a tonne of stuff collecting dust. I'm still using the shakes for breakfast and my snack in the afternoon.
I started drinking coffee again but am using Soy milk. Trying to stay away from dairy...that I can really feel makes a difference on me, as well as the red meat. I'll keep the red meat to once every couple of weeks or something. Because I still want to lose more weight, I'm still watching myself, so like today I had a shake in the morning, an apple at 10 - then for lunch I made a chickpea salad and had a pita break.

I'll have another shake after the gym and then some chicken and asparagus for dinner.Don't get me wrong...i won't eat this 'saintly' everyday. Once a week, I will have a dedicated CHEAT day!!

Cleanse Day 4!

This is my last cleanse day...well officially anyways. I haven't been a big fan of the Cleanse day...found that I felt nauseous early in the am, so I do tend to eat an apple, or some cucumber throughout the day. After Thanksgiving dinner this weekend though, I had to change my cleanse day to today ....i'm curious to see if i have lost any more weight or any more inches. I'm not really expecting too, after the weekend I had with each night having some sort of feast. We'll see. I'll post my results...

At least my pants are still loose - that's a good sign. :)

Wednesday - not much

well I am back in full swing to my cleanse, but because of my falling off the wagon last week, I've decided to keep going at least until I finish all my product because I think I have at least enough Cleanse stuff for 2 more cleanse days. I have lots of Shakes too...

I'm supposed to do my meausurements but because I haven't been feeling too great I am not going to do this weeks because I think I will be discouraged...I'll do it on my next Cleanse day which may end up being Monday instead of Sunday because of Thanksgiving.

Not much else to post on this subject...all is well though. Still fitting into my pants and they are getting looser! :)

Week 3 - Cleanse Day

Wow! Can't believe I've actually made it this far....I think that it might be seriously doing something to my mood though cause I am crabby! Last week I followed all the advice from my Cleanse coach...felt pretty good but I did cheat again yesterday...always seem to cheat on the day before my Cleanse. I had my soy latte after my workout and then was totally prepared to have a nice chicken and shrimp dinner but my family revolted against me....Hubby needed to have something bad for him...HAD TO! So of course I folded but thankfully didn't have what they did - McDonalds....i ended up having an amazingly yummy Chicken Shawarma plate with some hummus and some rice and tabouleh...it was so freakin good!

Today, i find that i need to keep really busy so that I don't eat - i'm pretty hungry and even feeling a tad bit nauseous. I may have an apple or something small like A suggested.

This week I am planning on replacing my 2 meals with shakes because I am going for the last few pounds i really want to lose.

This means I gotta have some yummy lunches...

Any ideas?

Back on Track, Jak!!

Ok, so after I did my measurements last night I was quite discouraged because I only lost another inch although I did also lose 1.5 lbs this week so to keep it all in context - I did say LOST and it was ONLY a week that I LOST it in...so heck, it's not so bad.

BUT this week I'm upping the ante - I have only 2 weeks left of this thing and next week is Thanksgiving so I will be eating some stuff that's not so great...

So this week I'm cutting all rice and pasta. I'm cutting the bananas and blueberries from my morning shakes. I'm going to take my Snacks during the day and will use my Electrolyte stuff (wasn't using that before). Been doing my regular exercise...weights 3X a week, and my bootcamp on Mondays and now i'm starting to run a litte bit again maybe 2X a week.

Let's see if I can drop at least another 5 inches in the next 2 weeks!!
